• We are currently investigating an incident where the step "Billing Data" is missing in online booking processes (internal and external) for all customers.

• Internal and External Customers are not able to provide billing data during the booking process.

• Customers are still able to book and booking can be processed in the TCmanager as usual.

We will keep you updated via this status page.

Due to a current bug, the functionalities "Personalized Quotation" and "Exclusive Training Enquiry" currently do not work.
Customers will receive an error message and a failure mail will be sent to the responsible region.

We will keep you updated and continue to work on this topic with the highest priority.

Hello,

currently external customers cannot edit their Names in MyTraining or in Step 2 of the Booking Process. They are instead redirected to an Error page.

We have reported this issue to development.
